Our Purpose Statement:
Because Jesus said, “Go and make disciples,” our church welcomes, nurtures, and teaches all who wish to share God’s love through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
So who are the folks at Lewistown United Methodist Church?
Our church was started in Lewistown around the 1880’s by Brother Van Orsdel, a circuit rider, who spread Methodism throughout Montana.
We have an active Methodist Women’s group who meet monthly and work to help various missions in our state.
We have several Bible studies that occur throughout the week and anyone is welcome to join us. See calendar for times and location.
There is a private day care that operates out of our building during the week called Small Wonder.
At the end of July each year, we run a food booth at the Central Montana Fair.

We try to be a welcoming congregation who are also involved, committed, diverse, and open.
