Meet Our Pastor

The pastor at Lewistown United Methodist Church is Pastor Brent Wepprecht.

Hi , I am Pastor Brent or pb, who comes to you from, most recently, Libby/Troy, by way of Belt/Highwood, and prior to that, 22 years in Gallatin County up on the east end, in and near Bozeman. I graduated from MSU in the class of 1981. I was born and raised in Kankakee County, Illinois where I was baptized and grew up in an Evangelical United Brethren church (EUB) which yoked with the Methodists in 1968 becoming United Methodists 50 years ago. My family and I love being here in the heart of Montana with all of the folks in Fergus County.

When I have the energy, I like to fly fish and hunt antelope and elk. I have a special permit that allows me handicapped hunting privileges so if you can find a friendly landowner let me know.
My wife, Vicki, of 44 years, works up at the State Home in the laundry and Lauren, our daughter, works there as an RN. Our son Karl works at the local brewery. We have a grandson, Rowan, who also lives here in Lewistown.

Stop by and visit my office. It’s just down the hall. See you soon.
